RC Car Parts

When buying a new kit, would suggest you pick up some spare parts just in case. Below is what I would buy in order of priority:

Spare arms and steering knuckles

Spare Parts - Suspension Arms

Spare Parts - Suspension Arms

Spur and pinion gears

Spare Parts - Spur Gear

Spare Parts - Spur Gear

Spare belts and pulley (diff and center)

Spare Parts - Belts

Spare Parts - Belts

Shock towers

Spare Parts - Shock Towers

Spare Parts - Shock Towers

Dogbones or Universal Drive Shafts

Spare Parts - Universal Drive Shafts

Spare Parts - Universal Drive Shafts

No matter how good a driver you become, accidents will happen. And some items are wear and tear and will need to be replaced periodically.

Later on you might also want to hop up your car to improve speed, handling and overall performance. Below is my guide:

For speed – tires, batteries, motor, esc, lightweight parts
For handling – tires, oil shock absorbers, tuned springs, lightweight parts
For durability – ball bearings, metal gear servo
